What LynxSpan does today to keep customer workspaces and social-account access safe, explained plainly.
Separate workspaces
On the Free, Starter and Growth plans, customers share LynxSpan infrastructure with logical separation: each workspace is a separate account with its own data and connected social accounts, and one customer cannot see another's. Larger plans can be arranged with dedicated resources.
Encryption in transit
Traffic between your browser and LynxSpan is encrypted with TLS.
Your tokens, your control
Social-account tokens are stored in your own workspace. You can disconnect an account, or revoke access on the social network, at any time.
Access control
Workspace admins decide who is invited and who has admin or member access.
Updates
We apply platform updates and security fixes for you.
On certifications
LynxSpan does not hold any third-party security certifications. We will update this page if that changes.
